What is it with older homes and "settling"? Here we have our hardworking handyman, Charles, filing down the door clasp because the house has been settling, thus making the door difficult to lock. How about that? But, my handyman, successfully completed the task and we are now safe and sound with a door that locks!

What is it with older homes and "settling"? Here we have our hardworking handyman, Charles, filing down the door clasp because the house has been settling, thus making the door difficult to lock.
