I went to Denver, Colorado on December 25, 2009 to spend time with my mom, Dora McMahan. While I was there we planned to celebrate my older sister's and my birthday. Our dad began our celebration at the Simm's Landing Restaurant in 1984. I attended all celebrations until I moved away and my mom and sister continued the tradition. What a joy it was for me to be a part of the festivities this year. Brought back so many wonderful memories of my dad!
This year Mom took Diane, Diane's daughter, Ruth Lans and me to the buffet luncheon....oh, what a feast!
Fun! Fun! And more FUN!
No matter how old (mature) I get I will always love birthdays!
